AGI’s President awarded ITSM lifetime achievement award. U.K. November 11, 2008

Sharon Taylor, President of AGI was honored at the recent itSMF conference for her outstanding achievements and contributions to the itSMF and the ITSM industry. Ms Taylor was given the Paul Rappaport award for lifetime achievement in Service Management. For the ITSM industry, this award is considered the pinnacle achievement in the ITSM profession.
