Foundation in IT Service Management
What is it?
A three day (18 hour) course designed to deliver a solid understanding of ITIL Service Management Best Practices.
Who is it for?
The course is aimed at the IT professional who requires a basic understand of the ITIL framework and how it can be used to improve the quality of IT services within an organization.
What will it give me?
The course includes the one-hour multiple choice exam for the Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, a respected professional qualification.
Candidates will acquire knowledge of the “language” of IT Service Management and an understanding of how it all fits together. Our trainers provide plenty of real-life stories and entertaining group exercises to illustrate and reinforce learning.
Students will gain competence in the following concepts:
- Service Management as a practice
- The Service Lifecycle
- Service Management Roles, Processes and Functions
- The ITIL Qualification scheme
